Sec. 1 - The Association shall consist of regularly organized leagues. The age and classification requirements for these teams are as follows:
Sec. 2 – All teams will be allowed to carry no more than six (6) players that are no more than three (3) months too old for that division. Teams should be aware that the older players might be ineligible for some of the tournaments in the area.
Sec. 3 – These rules may be amended, altered, or repealed only by the action of the SPAA Board of Directors.
